Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Australia at this time.

Shipment processing time

We try to process all orders within one to three business days.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Due to the nature of our business, shipping times and prices may vary.

Overnight is not guaranteed by us and we have seen it take up to three days.
Shipping costs may increase due to weight.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Cutoff Times

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm EST are shipped out from the same business day to three business days.

EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 12pm EST. Orders received after 12pm will ship out the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders may be held up in customs. We have experienced very few problems other than delays.

30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because this is a food product, we can not accept returns. If your product is not as expected and the error is ours, we will refund your purchase or ship a new product to replace your purchased product.

When Will My Card Be Refunded?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
